Coaching is usually focused on one area and is usually identified by the coach\u2019s area of expertise or experience. Some types of coaching are: personal\/life, performance, skills, career, and executive. There are social media, video and speaking coaches, etc. the list can go on. Mentors usually enter into a long term relationship and help to develop their mentee over time sharing beneficial relationships and resources.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Christian life coaching adds a spiritual element to a coaching relationship because it takes the entire individual into account; spirit, soul and body. Some coaches are certified while others are not.
